No. Utilities, council tax and broadband are paid separately by residents, so you only pay for what you use.
Do you offer a zero-deposit option?
Yes. Every apartment we list offers a zero-deposit option through Reposit, where you pay a smaller, non-refundable fee instead of a traditional deposit. You remain responsible for any charges at the end of your tenancy, and you can still choose a standard deposit if you prefer.
Can I keep a pet?
Pets are not permitted in our apartments as standard. If you need to ask about a specific circumstance, such as an assistance dog, our lettings team will be happy to help.
